Maintenance Coordinator

This is a full-time position on the Facilities Team that offers a competitive salary and a strong benefits package. The primary responsibility is to work under the direction of the Facilities Manager to respond to building, grounds, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance, repairs, and improvements. This person will also oversee the janitorial conditions of OG facilities.

Facilities Manager

This is a full-time position on the Business Team that offers competitive salary and benefits. The person in this position develops a bold, visionary growth strategy for Oliver Gospel facilities, including existing buildings, construction and ministry enhancements, site renovations, and potential property acquisitions. S/He is responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair needs related to buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, and other resources.

Overnight Resident Assistant

This is a full-time position on the Transformations Team that offers a competitive salary and health benefits package. The primary responsibility is to perform overnight administrative and operational duties at Toby’s Place, Oliver Gospel’s facility for women and children. The person in this position may be assigned a wide variety of recurring and non-recurring tasks by the supervisor.

Warehouse Specialist

This is a full-time position on the Enterprise Programming Team that offers a competitive salary and benefits. The person in this position is responsible for safely operating the store truck and for communicating well with donors and customers when picking up and delivering items. S/he is also responsible for processing donated goods, keeping the storage area clean and organized, and assisting in all other operations of the Thrift Store.

Life Advisor

This is a full-time position on the Transformations Team that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Primary duties are to provide support for the men who participate in Oliver Gospel’s Recovery and Refresh programs. Tasks include checking in and checking out guests, providing encouragement and support for those in need, collaborating with the Connections Manager, and participating and leading Renew chapel sessions. This position requires participation in a shift-work schedule.

Thrift Store Associate

This is a part-time position on the Enterprise Programming Team that requires excellent customer service skills and offers competitive pay for up to 30 hours per week. The primary duties are to receive, sort, clean, price, and merchandise donated clothing and hard goods at the Thrift Store. S/He will also assist in loading/unloading the donations truck and in maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Resident Assistant Point

This is a full-time position on the Transformations Team that offers a competitive salary and health benefits package. The primary responsibility is to perform administrative and operational duties for the Pre-Program guests at Toby’s Place, Oliver Gospel’s programming center for women and children. This person is also responsible for creating and overseeing the work schedule for all Resident Assistants and for arranging and providing travel for residents’ appointments and childcare.
