Maintenance Coordinator

This is a full-time position on the Facilities Team that offers a competitive salary and a strong benefits package. The primary responsibility is to work under the direction of the Facilities Manager to respond to building, grounds, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance, repairs, and improvements. This person will also oversee the janitorial conditions of OG facilities.

Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time position on the Development Team that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The person in this position collects, writes, and edits all copy used for OG’s print, digital, and marketing or solicitation communications. S/He is also responsible for increasing OG’s public presence through the management of social media and email engagement strategy and execution. Must have the ability to communicate a complete and compelling story, along with excellent skills in writing, research, communication, and interviewing.

Enterprise Programming Coordinator

Under the direction of the Business Manager, the person in this position must be a mission-driven spokesperson with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for sales, processes, and customer service, while specializing in community connection, promotion, and engagement. Warehouse Specialist

This is a full-time position on the Enterprise Programming Team that requires excellent customer service skills and offers a competitive pay and benefits. The person in this position is responsible for safely operating the store truck and for communicating well with donors and customers when picking up and delivering items. S/he is also responsible for processing donated goods, keeping the storage area clean and organized, and assisting in all other operations of the Thrift Store.

Innovation & Information Manager

This is a full-time, exempt position on the Development Team that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The person in this position is responsible for using data and other elements that reflect OG’s mission and values to create proof and a story that compels support from grantors. S/He will manage the grant writing process and oversee data management and tracking through HMIS, generating analysis for funding and impact reports. This position requires exceptional relational skills and an understanding of research and analytics, project management, and creative writing, including the ability to communicate complicated ideas and to oversee creative projects.

Data Entry Specialist

This is a full-time position on the Development Team that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The person in this position manages Oliver Gospel’s donor database and giving platforms, ensuring that all donor contributions are processed and responded to with accuracy and timeliness. Qualifications include CRM certification, basic knowledge of database software, and experience in bulk mail processing. S/He is the primary resource for financial documentation and analytical support for the Development Team.

Connections Assistant

This is a 20-hour per week position on the Transformations Team that offers a rate of pay of $15 per hour. This person is responsible for assisting the Connections Manager with intakes, phone calls, and interviews for the men’s and women’s programs at Oliver Gospel. S/He should have knowledge of addiction, mental illness, poverty, homelessness and have experience in working well with various races, ethnicities, cultures, disabilities, and ages.
